Exotic Food

Due to my newfound responsibility of cooking meals more regularly, I thought it’d be a good idea to find a good motivation. So I took my desire to learn Mandarin Chinese and my love for Chinese food and decided to take advantage of it!

Yep I’m going to practice making dumplings, chow mein and good soups. I won’t abandon good British cuisine any time soon (yes that does exist ;P) but there are just some meals you can’t not learn how to make yourself. How well I’ll make them though is a different question.

Expanding on that note, my mother encouraged my sister and I to be fans of exotic food as she herself is. This includes pörkölt and various curries. And it worked very well!
